Got a new song for you guys. Well, not new, but it is one that I recently rediscovered. That song is 'Supermassive Blackhole' by Muse.
I've had a long day with the nerd friends doing roleplay, so I am going to keep this brief. (Also most of this song is about the feelings it inspires rather than a specific concept or part of the lyrics, leaving me less to describe.) Essentially what this song makes me feel is a sense of calm detachment. Someone watching a either incredible event or monstrous disaster, and being unmoved because they are either so jaded or just callous. The chorus, supermassive blackhole, is referring to their heart, or lack thereof. The glaciers melting is the disaster, or at least monumental change that has come to the world. Nothing specific about who or what this inspiration could be applied to, but we shall see.
